For breakfast for Friday, guess what you’re having for breakfast. Did you say 2 pieces of boiled eggs and a citric fruit? Well, you’re absolutely right! Spot on!
Then for lunch you’ll have steamed vegetables and 2 pieces of eggs, and salad and barbeque or fish for dinner.
Weekdays done and we’re already on the weekends. For Saturday’s breakfast, it’s still the same old 2 pieces of boiled eggs and a citric fruit. Eat a little on lunch time and just eat fruits. Whereas for dinner, treat yourself with steamed chicken and vegetables.
It’s Sunday and your first week of following this diet plant is almost over. But having 2 pieces of boiled eggs and a citric fruit for today’s breakfast is not. I know, I know, every day’s breakfast is just the same but I promise it’s worth it.
If you ate a little on yesterday’s lunch well not today because tomato salad, steamed vegetables and chicken is available. Just eat a little on dinner and just suit yourself with steamed vegetables.
Wow! It’s already Monday again and we’re on our Week 2! You’re half way there. I hope you are getting more and more motivated as the days go by. For today’s breakfast, the menu is nothing new.
Put up with 2 pieces of boiled eggs and a citric fruit for now. Just treat yourself in lunch because you’re allowed to eat a serving of salad and chicken.
And for dinner, a piece of orange, salad and 2 pieces of eggs shall satisfy your stomach.

It’s Wednesday again and breakfast is still the same. A citric fruit of your choice and two pieces of boiled eggs are all you’re allowed for breakfast. But, something delicious is up for lunch because it’s chicken and salad.

Once again, 2 pieces of boiled eggs and a citric fruit for Thursday’s breakfast. Steamed vegetables, low fat chess with 2 pieces of eggs for lunch and steamed chicken and salad for today’s dinner.
Nothing nee on Friday’s breakfast menu. It’s still 2 pieces of boiled eggs and a citric fruit. But don’t worry because we’ll be having something different for lunch.
At noontime, you can have a tuna salad, and salad and 2 pieces of eggs for dinner.
We’re now on the last weekend of our diet plan. Still, 2 pieces of boiled eggs and a citric fruit for breakfast. Salad and chicken for lunch, and just fruit for dinner.
And now for Sunday, the final day of this diet plan, this is the last time you’ll be eating 2 pieces of boiled eggs and a citric fruit for breakfast.
For lunch and dinner, you’ll have the same dishes to be served and those are steamed vegetables and chicken.
You see that this diet contains almost no carbs and that is why you have to consult your doctor before beginning it. The menu is repetitive and simple. For even better results, include workouts at least half an hour per day.
